• Your JazzCash or Easypaisa mobile wallet number is stored in encrypted form and is used only to process your deposit or withdrawal. It is never displayed in full anywhere on the platform after initial entry.
• Bank account details provided for withdrawals are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of transferring your winnings or balance to your nominated account.
• pk98 does not store full debit card numbers. Card payment processing, where available, is handled by a compliant payment processor and pk98 only retains a masked reference.
• Transaction history — deposit amounts, dates and withdrawal records — is retained as part of your account history for account management and dispute resolution purposes.

7. Data Retention

pk98 retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a defined period after account closure. The retention period for each category of data is determined by the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal obligations.

• Account and identity data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 5 years following account closure, to satisfy record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction records including deposit and withdrawal history and bet records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction.
• Support and communications records are retained for 3 years to allow us to refer back to prior interactions if a related issue arises.
• Technical and usage data such as IP logs and session data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.
• Marketing preferences and opt-in records are retained until you withdraw your consent or for 2 years of inactivity, whichever comes first.

When data is no longer required for its stated purpose and the retention period has passed, pk98 securely deletes or anonymises it. Anonymised data — which cannot be linked back to any individual — may be retained for analytical purposes.
