Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment method details. pk98 may use this information to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or bonus claims. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and not share access to your account with any other person. pk98 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. Account Suspension and Closure

pk98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or conduct that may harm other users or the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, remaining balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• pk98 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your pk98 balance once confirmed by the payment network, typically within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• pk98 reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment if a transaction cannot be adequately verified.

5. Withdrawals

• You may only withdraw to accounts registered in your own name.
• pk98 may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold amount.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific conditions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• If pk98 has reason to believe a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, the request may be delayed or declined pending investigation.

6. Betting Rules

By placing a bet on pk98, you accept that the bet is placed on the terms and conditions applying to that specific market at the time of placement. pk98 offers betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Pakistan home series, ICC tournaments), football, esports and other sports.

Bet Acceptance

pk98 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. Bets placed above account or market limits may be reduced or declined. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of placement, shown on your bet confirmation screen.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the result is determined; there is a clear and demonstrable error in the odds offered; the market is settled incorrectly and is subsequently corrected. Void bets do not count towards any bonus wagering requirements.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets on pk98 are updated in real time during live matches. Bets on in-play markets are accepted subject to market availability and are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted. pk98 is not liable for any delays in in-play market updates caused by data feed issues or connectivity problems on your side.

Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL and other cricket markets, if a match is interrupted and later resumed, bets will stand unless the match is officially abandoned by the governing body. Reduced-overs results (such as DLS method outcomes) are accepted as official results for the purpose of settling bets unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market rules.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• pk98 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, though we aim to give reasonable notice where possible.
